川普當選美國總統，也衝擊跨太平洋夥伴關係TPP，日本眾議院預定在今天（11月10日），表決TPP協議，並直接送交參議院審理，但在野黨團認為，美國未來的領導人川普自己都反對TPP，日本沒有必要急著表決，而為了爭取共識，日本首相安倍決定在11月17日訪美，會見川普。
美國大選揭曉隔天，日本政壇也有大行動，自民公民執政聯盟，10號將在眾議院會上，表決TPP議案。
不過針對這項決定，以日本民進黨為首的在野聯盟則大聲反對，認為主推TPP的美國，不僅總統當選人川普本身就公開反對，美國國會也沒有預定在今年（2016年）內通過TPP，日本根本不用急於一時，但面對在野黨的反對聲浪，自民黨仍是老神在在。
自民黨幹事長二階俊博：「我們並沒有倉促行事，基本上一切都是按照既定方針。」
由於日本國會本會期將在11月30日結束，執政聯盟希望能挾人數優勢儘早表決通過，但預估在野黨方面也將用盡各種手段拖延表決，日本國會的朝野大戰仍將持續上演。（民視新聞吳彔瑾綜合報導）
